Sales Assistant – New Home Sales

The Sales Assistant is responsible for staffing one of our beautiful, professionally decorated model homes in Chambersburg, Greencastle or Waynesboro, PA. They are also responsible for greeting visitors, demonstrating the home and its features, and providing information about the community, the homes, and Gemcraft Homes. The Sales Assistant is responsible for acquiring information requested on the Customer Registration Card for every visitor and entering the information into our CRM system. Also responsible for keeping the model home organized and tidy. Training will be provided. This position requires weekend availability with hours 10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibility:

• Enthusiastically meet and greet prospective customers
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Enter data into our CRM system from Customer Registration Cards
• Keep the model home organized and tidy
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm
• Other weekday hours available

Required Skills:

• High level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High integrity and work ethic.
