Complete reporting for program activities. Hybrid in-office and up to 30% remote work. Requires travel throughout Grand and Jackson Counties, with mileage reimbursement. Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain healthy boundaries required. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office and internet. Only self-directed and motivated individuals need apply. Starting salary: $55,000-57,500 annually - DOE. Full time, 37.5 hrs/wk, plus benefits, including retirement plan and annual wellness reimbursement. Bi-cultural and bilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply. Promotor/a Are you passionate about making a difference in the health and well-being of the Spanish-speaking community? We are seeking a dedicated Community Health Promotor/a to join our team and serve as a beacon of health education and resource connection. This dynamic role involves a blend of outreach, education, care coordination, health coverage assistance, and advocacy to ensure our community members are well-informed and supported. The Promotor/a works collaboratively with a variety of community partners to ensure equitable access in the target community. Serves as Certified Health Coverage Guide to provide outreach, education, and assistance to individuals and families in enrolling in health coverage. At 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per week are dedicated to Health Coverage Guide and 30 hours per week are dedicated to Promotor/a. Health Coverage Guide assistance hours may increase during open enrollment. Travel required in Grand and Jackson Counties. Peer Recovery Coordinator Are you in recovery? Do you want to use your life experience and skills in service of others on a similar journey? Join our growing team and make a difference in your community! Coordinate care for Grand and Jackson County residents to support access to recovery resources and treatment. Provide individualized peer support, navigation, and coaching to adults and families struggling with substance use disorder. Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to serve community members and bridge gaps in care. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain healthy boundaries required. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office and internet. Only self-directed and motivated individuals need apply. Regular travel within Grand County and monthly to Jackson County required. Lived experience with substance use and recovery required. Bilingual and bi-cultural strongly encouraged to apply. Part-time up to 22.5 hours/week starting at $28/hour DOE. Health Coverage Program Manager Are you passionate about guiding individuals and families toward better health coverage? Were seeking a dynamic Health Coverage Program Manager to spearhead our Health Coverage Guide Program. The Health Coverage Program Manager is responsible for the Health Coverage Guide Program, including staff management, program marketing, grant writing, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. As the cornerstone of our outreach efforts, youll provide unbiased education and enrollment support through Connect for Health CO and CO Connect, ensuring our community has access to essential health coverage.
