The Hilton Motif Seattleis looking for its nextNight Auditorto join its front office team! If you have a passion for customer service and prefer to work an overnight schedule this is the perfect opportunity!

What will I be doing?

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


  • Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
  • Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
  • Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance

What are we looking for?

  • Previous Experience in Hotel/Front Desk preferred
  • Night Auditor Experience is a plus!

The hourly rate is $22.50-$23.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Other Compensation

  • Employee stock purchase program (ESPP) - purchase Hilton shares at 15% discount
  • Front Office Upselling Incentive Program - Commission based program paid out monthly and is based on upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated at time of guest check-out. Upsell revenue includes room type upgrades, early check-in fee, and late check out fees. Eligible for up to 15% commission pay out.
