Job Description:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform precise, repetitive functions for pre & post wafer sizing by using automated equipment and manual processing
• Evaluation of "Good" areas to process
• Using software to select Sizing patterns for maximum material utilization
• Waxing wafers to blocking bodies
• Perform Sizing process using CNC core drill
• De-blocking sized parts from waxed blocking bodies
• Post sizing cleanup of parts prior to inspection
• Inspection and Data Collection
• Verifying sizing process performance by measuring the geometry of the part, edge chips and surface quality using a calipers, micrometers and microscopes
• Entering data into spreadsheets and assessing process performance
• Maintain part traceability documentation
• Edge Painting
• Surface prep while maintaining lot traceability
• Edge Painting operation and inspection
• All steps are performed per policy and procedure
• Follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement
• Learn, understand and follow all applicable safety and environmental regulations
• Responsible for maintaining Quality work environment house keeping for own work area and community areas
• Adapts readily to changes in work requirements

• High School diploma
