We are now looking for a Senior Datacenter Modeling Architect! The Datacenter Modeling team is looking for innovative computer architects to develop digital twins of the next generation of GPU-accelerated datacenters. The charter of this team covers functional model development for all aspects of datacenter hardware to shift left the software deployment and validation for monitoring and control systems.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Architect and develop functional models in support of full digital twin deployment of large scale liquid cooled accelerated computing datacenters.
  
  


• Integrate NVIDIA developed and models for datacenter equipment including compute and management servers, network switches, CDUs, PDUs, and storage.
  
  


• Enable software development and testing of control systems, telemetry collection, network configuration, secure firmware updates, and hardware diagnostics prior to datacenter build.
  
  


• Develop requirements, architecture specifications and test plans to drive execution of functional model development.
  
  


• Collaborate with partners and customers to ensure models meet the needs of their specific installations and configurations.
  
  

What We Need To See:

• Masters Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience, with 10+ years of relevant architecture and modeling experience.
  
  


• Datacenter systems architecture and management software experience including IPMI and Redfish.
  
  


• Proficient programming ability in C++, C and scripting languages (ie. Perl, Python, Go).
  
  


• Computer Architecture background with experience in modeling (System C & TLM preferred).
  
  


• Excellent interpersonal skills with success leading projects across multi-discipline teams.
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Background in data center/cloud computing design.
  
  


• Experience with GPU accelerated server architecture design and deployment.
  
  


• Expertise in datacenter power and cooling technology.

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
