We are seeking a skilled Training QS Specialist- Project Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects within the training department aimed at improving our business processes and increasing efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, business process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

    • Coordinate project activities, supporting and holding team members accountable.


    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.


    • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.
    Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
    • Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their requirements and expectations.


    • Communicate project goals, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.


    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to drive collaboration and achieve project objectives.
    Change Management and Training:
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.


    • Address resistance to change proactively, leveraging communication and coaching techniques to drive acceptance and engagement.
    Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, process maps, and related materials.


    • Generate regular reports and presentations to update stakeholders on project status, achievements, and lessons learned.


    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes, capture insights, and identify opportunities for further improvement.


Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Nice to Have

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) and business process optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

• Previous experience leading global transformational training programs within matrix organizations, understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, and ability to work with cross-functional teams, independently and in a team

• Medical Device industry experience

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
