JOB DESCRIPTION

The Execution Leader position is responsible for successfully overseeing the detailed day-to-day tasks within the Personal Risk Services applying project management and agile execution competencies within and across individual business initiatives. This position requires significant collaboration with various business areas and is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and partnering with cross-functional teams, from initiation through solution delivery, ensuring stated deliverables are met within time, quality, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and execution of roadmaps that reflect customer/employee needs/gaps and teammate needs/gaps, as well as foundational technology capabilities and other digital enablers
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, assist with management reporting, oversee task execution for all business activities including planning, proposal development, and implementations
  • Strategic use of data; data driven decisions through the interpretation of data and an evidenced based approach to decision making. Perform fact-driven analysis, developing points of view and actionable recommendations
  • Support deployment of agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with the various areas to ensure proper coordination of business working teams; develop strong working relationships that enable early issue identification and collaborative solutions. Engage in business solutioning and stakeholders' management
  • Support delivery of process improvement recommendations, coordinate data collection, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and prioritize implementation
  • When appropriate, recommend process improvements to prevent redundant workflows and identify and recommend changes/efficiencies to assigned projects
  • Determine and manage dependencies across project streams, prepare and utilize risk assessments and mitigation plans
  • Prepare management/milestone summaries and status reports
  • Partner with the relevant department and external vendors to ensure that the individual project plan components fit together cohesively
  • Provide recommendations by reviewing issue logs, action plans, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in accordance with business priorities
  • Participate in and, when appropriate, lead priority setting and status meetings; actively participate in operating and governance meetings
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and end-users training
  • Offer guidance on the post implementation support
  • Engage in business solutioning and manage stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify subject matter experts for tasks
  • Participante in post implémentation support
  • Evaluate lessons learned after each project deployment
  • Contribute to the creation of guidelines representing best practices
