About the Role
The Essity Health & Medical Solutions business is currently searching for a Nurse Advisor. The Clinical Consultant/Continence Care Advisor/Specialist (Nurse Advisor) will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to customers through education and training on TENA products, while establishing and maintaining solid customer relationships. This person must understand customer needs across all segments to ensure that they clearly recognize a measurable value to our continence care and skincare products and programs. This role's primary focus will be providing clinical education to current and potential customers, set up trials and conversion. This role will report to the National Clinical Manager. The ideal candidate will be based in San Diego or Los Angeles or could live near an international airport in the western portion of the country.
Due to the nature of this role, this individual is required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. “Fully vaccinated” means two weeks have passed from the last injection of primary series. You will also need to comply with customer/client requirements which may include boosters for access to client premises or to maintain compliance with credentialing.
What You Will Do
Provide expert clinical consultation primarily within defined territory with the understanding that travel may be required within the United States as needed.
Provide relevant presentations to medium and large size chain customers or regional health care shows live or in a web share format.
Work in collaboration with Account Managers and National Key Account Managers.
Support the maintenance and conversion of all corporate chains and regional accounts.
Coordinate and facilitate conversions /in-services for all 3 shifts within long term care facilities.
Implement specified TENA programs with identified customers.
Coordinate and lead trials for new accounts and secure documentation to prove outcomes.
Leverage industry knowledge with customers to become the trusted advisor (Use case studies and white papers to serve as proof of concept).
Work with Clinical Director to roll out new clinical programs and educational content.1
Support National and Regional KAMs in regional business reviews and sales presentations.
Identify opportunities to up-sell additional items.
Maintain all organizational processes (CRM system, Expense Management System, etc…).
Participate in personal skill development and the clinical skill development of others.
Operate in a manner consistent with Essity’ s beliefs and behaviors: Commitment, Courage, Collaboration, and Care
Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Promote and roll out educational programs in keeping with company strategy and direction
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree and/or RN license
Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in the healthcare industry within clinical or account management
Requires ability to work day/night shifts, as needed
RN license required
The ability to drive a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license is required
Strong customer focus and relationship building
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
Strong analytical skills to be able to determine root cause for clinical fluctuations
Proven organizational & collaborative skills
Ability to manage time and priorities to meet deadlines
Strong presentation skills
Ability and willingness to travel 80% to domestic locations
The ability to drive a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
$80,000 - $99,000 annual salary range + annual incentive bonus/sales incentive + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
