Oversee and lead Medline's Lab Sales efforts within key hospital customers for a mid-atlantic based region.
Responsibilities include:
Developing relationships with:
Regional Managers/Directors for key lab manufacturer partners
Medline Division Managers, Acute Care Reps, IDN Team and VPs
Quarterly strategy call with DM and their reps
Attend Regional Mini Meetings
Internal Product Division
In relation to Lab Specialists:
Run and assist with important lab capabilities presentations
Oversee role/tasks within Lab PV implementation process
Assist with running quarterly business reviews with key accounts
Collaborate w/ specialists, IDN Market Directors and Acute Care Reps on direction and strategy for their region
In relation to Prime Vendor:
Work with Corp Sales VPs for prime vendor or Capability presentations
Responsible for business reviews with key customers in region
Target large capital opportunities for strategic vendor partners
Expand Medline's marketing presence
Build confidence in the field as lab ambassador
Relevant Work Experience:
At least 5 years sales experience, preferably within the acute care market.
Experience in full cycle sales environment.
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
At least 3 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
Additional:
Proficient in CRM software.
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
