Job Description Summary

The Steward works with the culinary team to clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, the kitchen and other kitchen equipment, in accordance with time, product and placement standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Job Description

• Ensure that all cooking utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and correctly stored in the designated areas

• Ensure that kitchen work areas are kept clean and tidy

• Ensure that the correct chemicals are used as part of your duties as dishwasher

• Maintain a clean work area

• Comply with all Health and Safety functions

Pay Range

Pay Range: $19.97 - 21.00 per hour. Pay rate outlined follows contract requirement.
