Clinic Assistant – American Family Children's Hospital at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, 40 hours/week, 8-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Clinic Assistant to: 

• Perform chart/lab audits and data entry.


• Reprocess scopes and other equipment per protocol.


• Clean procedure tables, equipment, and other work areas according to infection control and/or isolation procedures.


• Stock exam/procedure rooms, inventory specialty items, and initiate reorder of supplies as needed.


• Clerical work as needed.

Education:

Preferred – High School Diploma or equivalent. 

Work Experience:

Preferred – Previous work experience in a healthcare setting.
