The Service Team Specialist plays a critical role in the success of the New Business Case Management model by working directly with front line Case Managers; answering technical questions; conducting training; assess quality trends and developing recommendations; coaching; and developing departmental communications and training material.

What you can expect:


  • Work with Associate Manager to ensure work inventory is completed timely and effectively

  • Assess team and departmental quality results to identify trends and present recommendations to address areas of opportunities for individual associates as well as team and departmental results

  • Perform individual associate coaching

  • Actively participate in and lead team dialogue

  • Provide team transactional processing support

  • Resolve critical issues with creative solutions

  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to achieve business objectives

What you’ll need:


  • Three years Annuities experience is required

  • A proven understanding of Prudential Annuity Products and Benefits

  • Proven focus on continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement

  • Ability to collaborate across business

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and time management skills required

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Strong critical thinking, mathematical, problem solving, decision making & analytical skills are desired

  • Detail oriented with solid interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated strong Customer Service skills.

It’d be a plus if you had:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Additional Requirements:

This position will work virtually, therefore new hires must be able to provide the following:


  • Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. You are willing to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider as necessary.

  • Must have the capability to handle calls with a cell phone (would need to have unlimited data and minutes) or a landline. Your personal phone number will not be identified to customers.

  • Quiet area in your home with minimal distractions and noise free.

  • Reliability and Dependability throughout our extensive training program is required

The salary range for this role is from $71,100.00 to $105,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
