Human Resources Platforms Specialist (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an Human Resources Platforms Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Stabilize the SpinCo Workday Integration Deployment


• Design and deploy solutions in support of Hire to Retire business processes


• Support Global Learning and EID requirements


• Support Integration and development activities thru lean agile process


• Ensure compliance to Documentation, Config, JIRA, qtest, ServiceNow, etc..


• Ensure deliverables throughout the project phases have consistency and quality and data integrity and privacy are upheld.


• Understand Workday functional processes and work closely with other process teams to ensure solution integrity


• Work directly with the HTR Global Team and other cross functional business/IT partners to ensure timely delivery of the solutions

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND (4) years of experience in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• At least 1 year of experience developing integrations in Workday.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proven track record of successfully working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation deliverables.


• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.


• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.


• Experience in development and support of Global Human Resource IT applications including experience in any of the following processes, Human Capital Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation and Learning Solutions.


• Knowledge with Integration/Development is preferred


• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environment

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
