Job Duties:
Manages the Vertique Automated Loading system and/or warehouse loading volume through Voice Pick, Claw, and hand pick processes.
Manages the activities and tasks of the Warehouse Supervisors. • Responsible for the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of the loading process.
Responsible for the timely completion of productivity reports. • Investigates ASN errors.
Ensures GMP’s are maintained.
Performs a full range of managerial duties for employees supervised, including but not limited to: staffing, coaching/counseling, employee development, and terminating.
Enforces all facility GMP requirements, Food Safety, and ISO 22000 standards.
Complies with Federal, State, Local, and PBV policies, procedures, and safety rules, regulations, and guidelines. • Responsible for facility organization and cleanliness
Responsible for meeting cost, inventory, and productivity performance standards
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required or eight (8) years of warehouse management/supervisory experience required (beverage industry experience preferred).
Three (3) years of warehouse experience required. Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Must demonstrate attention to detail, organization, prioritization, as well as problem solving and communication skills.
Previous trouble shooting experience required.
Must be able to complete forklift/powered industrial truck certification to operate a forklift and drive tractor trailer trucks while on company property.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Must be able to work the hours necessary to complete the assigned tasks.
Must be willing to travel 10% of the time by plane, train, or car.
Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk, stand, and sit.
Must occasionally (0%-33%) climb and lift less than 40 pounds.
Must be able to speak, read, and write, English profficiently
