Job Description:

415-Manager - Brand Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy and Development, this position will be responsible for the internal and external communication of their designated LRB categories for the Retail and On-Premise channels; planning, development, and execution of both market-based and retail customer-based programs to grow our brands faster than the category and competition. Essential Functions Responsible for the development and communication of brand strategy and planning with the front line selling teams and key retailers. Collaborates with key internal stakeholders to analyze key business challenges and opportunities. Works cross functionally with various departments to understand the complexities and opportunities within our customer segments. Works with Category Management to monitor strategic pricing and distribution goals. Support pricing discussions based on local market intelligence. In coordination with AdCo, support local markets with meaningful advertising and brand marketing campaigns. Aligns with Sales Support around Point-of-Sale creative, ordering requirements, coupons, and equipment for all relevant brands and packages. Utilizes available technology (IRI, Nelson, Power BI) to understand and report on business results Works with the Director of Brand Strategy and Development on new product launches and LTOs from concept to execution. Works with the Director of Brand Strategy and Development & Category Management on SKU rationalization, proliferation, and space planning. Works with the Director of Brand Strategy and Development to craft strategic KPIs for marketing programs and brand launches, along with pre/post analysis. Develop engaging, exciting, and relevant sales incentives to engage the frontline selling teams in delivering against key AOP initiatives. Develop selling presentations and/or fact-based selling tools to support sales teams to aid support in the sell-in of brand-building programs and initiatives. Maintains a meaningful presence in the trade to understand first-hand the challenges, barriers, competition, and opportunities. Education Level Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience 2+ years of relevant experience in brand management, sales, or other relevant experience Additional Requirements Strong analytical skills Prior Beverage industry experience, preferred. Strong ability to influence multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding PowerPoint and presentation skills. Excellent project management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
