If you are a high energy salesperson who enjoys a rewarding career in serving our customers with their pest service needs, OPC is here for you! Now hiring Residential Sales Representatives to work in the Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana, Eastern Jefferson County and North Central Kentucky service areas to provide our residential customers with a responsive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Forget all the boring sales jobs you’ve had before.  With OPC, you’ll be empowered to work autonomously, solve real problems, and be a true superstar in your community. In addition to representing our company at trade association meetings and conferences to promote our products and services, you’ll be encouraged to think creatively to generate sales from the leads generated by our call center as well as generate leads yourself. All this will grow your commissions to uncapped limits – all in an exciting and fun environment.

  • Become a smart prospector to generate sales leads through observable residential prospecting;

  • Act as a skilled negotiator to arrive at a price point on services that benefit the customer and the company profit base;

  • “Crush” quotas and achieve monthly sales goals with a drive to increase potential;

  • Work as a member of the OPC Team and share resources and knowledge across the company;

Qualifications


  • Minimum age is 18

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience

  • Home services sales experience preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:


  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment

  • Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training

  • Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
