Clean Tech is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers opportunities for advancement.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Dundee, MI

Pay: $24hr (Depending on experience)

Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule; 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off

• Days: 7am-7:30pm


• Nights: 7pm-7:30am

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations


• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures


• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution


• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures


• Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician:

• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience. 


• Proven knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
