Position Summary:

Under minimal supervision, responsible for executing the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s strategy to attract world class, diverse talent and drive organizational improvement by identifying, hiring, and retaining a highly skilled workforce. Partners with business line managers to design and implement recruiting strategies in support of business plans and Bank culture. Delivers proactive and effective full life cycle recruiting and workforce management consultative services to hiring managers and officers. Performs special studies and analyses, leads small to medium sized projects, and contributes to development and success of strategic objectives. Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, work direction, support and training to less experienced recruiting unit staff. This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:


  • As a subject matter expert, owns all aspects of the recruiting and selection process for assigned business lines, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating post-interview feedback and candidate selection, reference checking, and extending and negotiating the offer. Consults with business line clients on sourcing strategies, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and other components of the recruiting/hiring process. Counsels' business line clients on all recruiting issues including the appropriateness of proposed offers including salary, sign-on bonuses, relocation packages. Recommends candidates to business line management based upon analysis of the department’s needs and the candidate’s skills.

  • Provides timely, accurate, management information on the status of recruiting efforts to Human Resources officers and business line clients. Oversees the recruitment administration process.

  • Performs special recruiting studies and analyses and leads small to medium sized recruiting projects to help ensure the success of strategic recruiting objectives.

  • Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, work direction, support and training to less experienced recruiting unit staff. Serves as recruiting team lead as needed.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience: 5-8 years preferred

Qualifications:


  • Technical Recruiting with experience with Cloud, DevOps, Information Security, and other areas in Information Technology

  • Experience with recruiting at all levels within an organization

  • Experience with supporting operational type roles like facilities, law enforcement, and cash type roles.

  • Applicant Tracking System experience
