Are you an industry-savvy Project Accountant with over 3 years of experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our exceptional in-house team of Accountants and Project Managers.

As a part of our collaborative team, you'll have the chance to work in a supportive environment that values creativity, innovation, and acceptable risk-taking.In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with Project Managers, aiding in project setup, ensuring project information accuracy in management reports, and handling all aspects of project billing. The successful candidate must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data, technical procedures, and organizational regulations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts to establish billing terms, identifying and recording expenses, and maintaining accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in project setup and contract reviews
• Handle all aspects of project billing
• Identify and record direct and reimbursable expenses
• Compile and maintain accurate accounting records
• Produce financial reports on projects
• Invoicing for client billing
• Meet with Project Managers to review project financials and provide necessary follow-up

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project accounting, financial analysis, or billing
• Strong understanding of project accounting and project control support
• AA or BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field (a plus)
• Previous experience in an AEC industry
• Familiarity with Oracle and/or Deltek (highly desired)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
