What You Will Do

Is a Role Model for Safety

Responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting the technology in their area of responsibility including minor electrical troubleshooting and replacement of both Mechanical and Electrical hardware components when applicable.

Works towards a Zero-breakdown & Zero-Stop-mentality and reducing the maintenance costs including working capital reduction for spare parts

Takes ownership for the overall site and working area. Especially monitors the maintenance measurements like Breakdowns & has a strong service-department mindset towards the operations / other departments

Works to standards and assures the team works to it (Safety, Quality, CL, CILs… etc) and secure the availability of standard technical documentation

Works collaboratively with Maintenance and Operations Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, Vendors, Technical representatives and contractors on a project and ongoing basis as needed

Train and Develop technical capability within practical working hours of current and future apprentices.

Learn and deploy new technology and troubleshooting solutions as needed with a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing operation.

Who You Are

In possession of a current Wisconsin Industrial Journeyman Card in the areas of Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or Millwright.

Have experience in or recent technical training with Automated systems.

Ability to demonstrate effective troubleshooting in a multi-trade environment with Electrical and other Automated control systems, through a Mechanical perspective.

Willing and capable of working within Essity's Beliefs and Behaviors through demonstrated examples of Commitment, Care, Courage, and Collaboration.

Willing and able to communicate effectively across multi-functional teams using Email, MS Teams, Zoom and other virtual team based interactive communication software.

What We Can Offer You

*Starting Wage range $36.94 - 38.61/hour

*Vacation credit for prior trades/apprenticeship tenure

*Variable work shift including straight Day shift and 12 hour rotation available (selection and eligibility rules apply).
