Pay: Based off experience starting at $19.38/hr + $1.50 shift differential
Required Shift:
Rotating Shifts between 1st (6:30 AM -3:00 PM), 2nd (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) and 3rd (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM) shift.
8 hour shift during the week (Monday- Friday)
12 hour shift on weekends (off every other weekend)
1 consecutive full week off per month (in addition to other days off per month)

Job Purpose:
The Production Assistant is responsible for running successfully and safely a set of machines, equipment and/or processes within their working area in the manufacturing plant.
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or above
Mechanical aptitude
Willing to learn and be trained on manufacturing equipment and machinery
Must be willing and able to workvarying/rotating shifts includingweekends and holidays
Ability to work at elevated heights off a ladder or platform, climb stairs, leaning over equipment.
Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift).
Ability to work in varies manufacturing environments and non-temperature-controlled rooms.
Able to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of hand on experience working in the manufacturing industry
Mechanical or technical training
Fork Life driving experience
What will be your Key Responsibilities?
Accountable for the performance of several machines, processes, or pieces of equipment.
Carry out routine operational tasks including starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, cleaning, and carrying out basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks and inspections, and the use of basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
Escalate issues as appropriate, give full and accurate verbal and written handover
Repair mechanical breakdowns using trained knowledge and experience.
