This role will be dedicated to support integration solutions out of a newly built facility in Red Oak, Texas. Part of the onboarding and training process will require several trips to West Chester, Ohio during the early part of 2024.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Incoming Quality Control for all received materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials or discussing what to do with the stakeholders.

  • In-process Quality Control to our PREFAB modules by confirming specifications; communicating required adjustments to production supervisors.

  • Finished Quality Control by confirming specifications; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

  • Ensure administrative work associated with inspection is properly done by completing reports and logs and maintaining all records.

  • Share and report quality problems or findings to stakeholders and ensure that corrective actions are properly implemented.

  • Create internal Complain Requests to the internal supplier through BFO.

  • Participates, if needed, in Root cause analysis.

  • Participate in the briefing meeting every day and the monthly MDR meeting.


  • Technical professional training (highly preferred).

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in Quality mainly as an Inspector.

  • Procore knowledge highly recommended.

  • Experience in Safety is valuable.

  • Previous experience in industrial environments.

  • Technical Capacity (Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, drawings, and diagrams)

  • Organizational Skills to complete the inspections required daily

  • Problem-Solving/Analytical capability to support Root Cause Analysis

  • Highly initiative taking in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the factory

  • Excellent at performing inspections efficiently

  • Adaptive learner, able to grasp new concepts and tasks swiftly

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication skills, particularly when collaborating with the Production Team

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English/Spanish
