Reports to: Director, Strategic Accounts - HOKA

Location: Remote

The Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the long-term management and strategic revenue growth of the brand within assigned key accounts, while developing and maintaining a strong collaborative approach with all cross functional partners, to ensure brand plans and profitable growth is achieved. This role will deliver the agreed upon targets through business efficiency, exploration of new categories and opportunities, excellent inventory management, and in partnership with internal and external cross-functional team strategies.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:


  • Sales - Set and manage seasonal and annual sales plans, demonstrate a deep understanding of key account business including relevant KPIs, analyze sell-in and sell through performance to deliver/exceed seasonal expectations and annual strategic business plans and thoughtfully present the business to cross-functional partners.

  • Account Management - "Own" the business by being key contact for all account related items, communicate effectively and consistently with the respective retail partners and internal teams, works closely with go to market team and provides fresh and innovative approach to driving the key account business.

  • Profitability - Maintains and maximizes profitable growth, works with go to market team to build investment plans that deliver a strong return on investment and ensures all expenses are in-line with the business.

  • Operational Excellence - Seasonally executes sell in meetings to all accounts demonstrating a full competency in brand, product knowledge, KPI's, driving desired outcome and planned assortment by account. Manages in season inventory, order book, and forecasting.

Who You Are

You are a person who has strong analytical skills, is highly collaborative and communicative, is highly motivated and has a deep understanding of retail sales, including the HOKA consumer. Experience with footwear is a plus!

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience

  • 5+ years of previous wholesale or buying experience within a regionally based role and/or Key Accounts. Footwear experience is a plus!

  • Deep understanding of retail math, metrics, and ability to build budget and forecasts in Excel.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.

  • Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

$100,000 - $120,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
