As the ITPM, the individual will provide functions to support IT project management activities at the enterprise and local levels, this involves overseeing all aspects of the respective projects, including leading technical team members on projects, or coordinating with other projects managers on related projects to ensure the scheduling is monitored so tasks are completed on time. In this role, the ITPM will coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure situational awareness and proper communication flow and will operate in an environment that has dynamic Combined Joint-Operational Military, Research, and Engineering requirements.

Responsibilities
Reports to the Portfolio Manager on ongoing Project activities on a scheduled basis.
Executes with guidance from the Portfolio Manager and OSC Executive Leadership and manages all project and task requirements accordingly
Applies Project Management best practices (PMBOK, ISO 9001 and 20000) in the synchronization and coordination of the development and execution of all requirements, ensuring engineering projects are completed in a timely manner with quality results
Interfaces with Government PM, COR, TPOC, KO and other leadership
Meticulously documents and reports changes in schedule and scope
Supports IT project management activities at all levels: derive, clarify, and/or update requirements as necessary; oversee technical aspects of the project; coordinate with other teams, OSC Executive Leadership, and stakeholders
Analyzes complex project-related taskings and solves schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and management conflicts
Provides risk analysis and mitigation strategies for technology selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources
Provides advice to leadership on engineering efforts and provides technical recommendations for current projects or initiatives being considered
Ensures all Contractor personnel receive proper training, care, and access to the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete project and task requirements
Provides accurate and timely reporting to key leaders and stakeholders to include consolidating the Weekly Status Report and reviewing the Projects Tracker for accuracy
Performs other tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting team
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (degree in Computer Science/Management preferred), in lieu of degree 10 years of related skills and experience is required
PMP or Agile Methodology Certification, such as Scrum Master Certification
Must possess and maintain Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Working knowledge of MS Project or other similar Program/Project tracking Integrated Master Scheduling application
Knowledge of computer-based tools for project management
10 years Program/Project management experience
Three (3) years management and supervision of military project management
