*Lead Projects from initial project planning through construction document (CD) development, permitting and construction
Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development
Develop Construction Documents by applying established BIM standards and techniques
Produce full and complete code search and review for projects located in various states under different versions of the International Building Code (IBC)
Produce needed architectural plan, renderings and/or presentation materials
Ability to clearly communicate with engineers, other 3rd party consultants, contractors and clients
Good fundamental understanding of construction materials, methods and detailing
Ability to develop design drawings and CD's for both new construction and renovation/upfit projects
Knowledge of and ability to review submittals and shop drawings
Great project scheduling practices and ability to meet stated deadlines
Ability to flex with shifting projects and deadlines
Support Business development activities as requested
Both self sufficient and able to work well with a team
Requirements
Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Arts or Science in Architecture
3-4 years' experience as a Design Professional
Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit software
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software
Firm grasp of building technology fundamentals
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with many competing priorities
Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
