Junior .Net SQL Developer at Infosys Limited in Hartford, Connecticut

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Junior .Net developer with experience in any software development technologies. In the role, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. In this role, you will participate across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:

• The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Stamford CT be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Good concepts & knowledge of object oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 1 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in SQL, Oracle or any RDBMS Database is an added advantage.
• Experience in Unix commands & Basic Shell Scripting.
• Experience in Agile methodology development is preferred.
• Willingness to learn newer technologies like .Net core, Angular/ReactJS
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
