Job Description:

Nemours is seeking an Application Engineer (Business Apps) to join our Nemours Children's Health team.

This is a Remote position.

Develops, implements, and supports Service Now applications, integrations and functionality in order to fulfill business needs. Follows approved software development life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding based on user requirements Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Position requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard IT terminology, concepts, practices, and procedures. Performs a variety of tasks, and is capable of understanding integrated systems architecture and data exchange concepts.

• Gathers requirements for Application Development
• Writes Software Requirements Specifications Document
• Codes Service Now applications
• Conducts unit testing
• Supports existing applications
• Assists in training end-users
• Develops User Manual
• Identifies and resolves process and procedural issues.
• Develops estimates for project tasks.
• Tracks system performance and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience required.
