Handyperson/construction/home watch at Admirals Cove MPOA in Jupiter, Florida

Job Description:

Admirals Cove Master Property Owners Association in Jupiter, is looking to add an individual to our team to preform basic handyman/maintenance duties around the community and participate in our home minding program, caring for private homes and condos when owners are away. 

This is a full time year round position. Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with overtime options available. On site vehicle, tools, electronics, uniforms and lunch are included.

Applicants need to enjoy helping people. We are employed by and service a single community so good customer relations is a high priority. Experience in a construction type field is desired and being able to work off tablets and cell phones is needed. We require a valid Fl. Drivers license and the ability to pass a drug test and back ground check.
