The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining all HVAC and HVAC-related equipment, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. This full-time role is vital in collaborating with department heads to meet operational objectives and uphold the resort's standards of excellence.

What You'll Bring:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, with a college degree being preferable.


• Experience: At least 2-3 years of management experience in the HVAC field.


• Credentials: Relevant industry licensing and accreditations are a must, along with a valid driver's license.


• Problem Solver: Display robust troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.


• Detail-Oriented: Show meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Tech-Savvy: Possess basic computer skills necessary for the role.


• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry weights of 20-30 lbs.


• All-Weather Worker: Be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

What You'll Do:

• Climate Control Specialist: Perform maintenance, repairs, installations, and preventative measures for all HVAC systems, including air handler units, make-up air units, and boilers.


• Systems Expert: Diagnose issues within plumbing and electrical components of HVAC systems, offering reliable and durable solutions.


• Team Player: Work hand in hand with colleagues to swiftly fulfill HotSOS requests with professionalism.


• Proactive Maintenance Ally: Liaise with department leaders to anticipate maintenance needs and tackle them proactively for continued smooth operation.


• Facilities Contributor: Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities to enhance the guest experience, potentially overseeing HVAC or Maintenance Tech teams.
