PRIMARY FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for billing all rental sales, tracking rental equipment locations and availability, handling customer rental needs, and answering questions on all rental invoices. Handles various administrative functions for the Rental Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


  • Processes all rental billings for Lift Systems and allied products.
  • Codes account payable invoices, enters cost of invoices on system.
  • Enters estimates, credits, and adjustments to inventory on system.
  • Set up new accounts with the credit department.
  • Works with Credit Department on past due invoices and any invoices in question
  • Works with customer on invoice questions or concerns
  • Verifies and maintains rental contract files.
  • Tax accountabilities for all rental billings.
  • Assists Rental coordinators and managers with rental calls and walk-ins.
  • Occasionally assists in branch coverage when branch rental coordinators are out.
  • Processes and logs all certificates of insurance for rental equipment.
  • Process some customer payments.
  • Performs assorted clerical duties such as mail distribution, copying, faxing, answering telephones, filing, and typing miscellaneous labels and envelopes.
  • Processes miscellaneous reports (rental inventory, invoice exceptions, phone, etc.)
  • Scans all Rental Store documentation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education :

High school graduate

Work Experience :

Two years of experience with rental/sales billing, inventory processing, customer service and experienced PC knowledge

Physical :

Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for long periods of time.

Other :

Must be able to handle many duties at once, communicate with and relate to people on all levels, solve problems and maintain excellent customer relationships with both internal and external customers.
