Summary

The CFO Systems Enablement Analyst is responsible for leading the testing and implementation of automated financial information systems supporting the Source to Pay Process. The position will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to continuously identify and evaluate process and system improvements while ensuring changes in business requirements, internal policies, laws, and regulations are addressed. Additionally, the Analyst will test and implement new or enhanced system functionality, develop training and procedural documents, and train business stakeholders on system and process changes. This role will act as a business expert on Source-to-Pay systems and related business processes.

Responsibilities:


  • Identifies and proposes improvements to financial systems using knowledge of systems capabilities, industry knowledge, and understanding of T. Rowe Price business processes.

  • Translates business requirements into functional specifications.

  • Implements complex system improvements in assigned area to improve system efficiency or reduce errors.

  • Supports the implementation of new or updated financial systems, including the building, testing, and training phases.

  • Develops training and functional process documentation

  • Cross-functional coordination between Finance and Technology to ensure systems are integrated and aligned according to business requirements and technology protocols.

Qualifications:

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred:


  • Experience supporting complex system implementations and/or process improvement projects

  • Understanding of the Source to Pay process

  • Proficiency working with Source to Pay and/or Finance systems such as Coupa, Oracle, Ariba, iValua, etc.

  • 3+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week..
