Job Description:

Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care is growing our nursing team. We are seeking a part or full time (30-40 hours per week) Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team!
The role of the Nurse is to ensure that the safety and health of our residents are met through assessments, on-going training of our caregiver team, monitoring and updating plans of care and supervising each residents services, and staying in compliance with our license and currently regulations. Relationships with residents, family, community and the residence as a whole are emphasized.
This position would be primarily responsible for the oversight and case management of our West Campus building (37 residents).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and implement resident care and quality assurance to Serenity residents Evaluate and promote quality utilizing customer and staff feedback Delegates responsibilities to caregivers with clear definition of expectations Assists Licensed Assisted Living Director in supervision of staff Effectively interacts with clients, families, responsible parties and other team members to assure resident safety, wellness and infection control Responsible for EMAR Decision making abilities and acting in the residents best interest Assist with resident admissions, clinical coordination and ongoing assessments of each residentMaintains all information, files, and reports pertinent to the operation of SerenityOn Call rotation with other NursesRequires strong leadership and clinical skillsPrevious experience in nursing management preferred
