About the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Team

The Manufacturing and Supply Chain team brings the visions of our colleagues to life. Once our teams have landed on a product, we identify what they need to build the product. We're passionate about every product we build because it reinforces our commitment to sound.

The Change Management Engineer (CME) will work closely with Regional Offices and local support groups to interpret and understand change requirements and will guide the internal teams and suppliers to meet requirements on-time and within budget. The CME will also manage the development schedule, track deliveries and milestones, coordinate and organize builds, manage project cost, manage change notifications, and generate progress reports for management. Other activities will include managing EOL (End of Life) Components, LTB (Life-Time Buys), and Tooling.

This role will lead/coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management, and troubleshooting for Engineering projects. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities

To manage post-SOP (Start of Production) changes. This engineering position will be best filled by someone with strong initiative and a desire to learn about audio systems and challenges presented in the global automotive environment.

The CME will work closely with Program Managers, Regional Engineers, suppliers, and other support groups to interpret and understand "change management" requirements. Guiding the internal support teams and suppliers to meet those requirements on-time and within budget. The CME will manage the development schedule, track deliveries and milestones, coordinate and organize materials, shipments, and generate progress reports for management.

Skills


  • 4-5 years of related experience in Change Management/Project Management

  • Strong engineering fundamentals

  • Experience with Automotive Industry

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Strong initiative;self-driven to deliver results beyond expectations.

  • Demonstrated problem solving ability.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent required

  • English Spoken and Written
