Job Description:

A division of Harris; InHANCE is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our software in the water utility market. As a market leader in utility management solutions, we provide innovative software that optimizes water billing processes and enhances utility management efficiencies.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients to grow satisfaction and sales within the account. This role works closely with members across the organization to ensure inHANCE’s commitment to outstanding products, customer service and company expansion.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required up to 25% in North America for meetings. A valid passport is required.

What your impact will be:


  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with client account personnel in assigned territory

  • Scheduling and conducting a regular cadence of Account Reviews and status conference calls with clients

  • Analyzing the needs of clients and developing individual sales strategies to further promote the company’s products and services to the prospect

  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to ensure quality representation of the inHANCE product and service capabilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling marketing materials, campaigns, and sales strategies

  • Generating a pipeline of inbound sales opportunities, and converting the opportunities to won deals

  • Preparation of pricing proposals, administrative review and contract negotiations

  • Providing regular reports on current sales forecasts, including: volume, anticipated close and relative probabilities within sales territory

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals set for the territory

  • Working with various departments within the organization to ensure overall client satisfaction
     

What we are looking for:


  • Proven track record in Sales Account Management or a similar role, with 5+ years of direct experience selling to municipalities and local government

  • Proven track record of self-generating and managing consistent sales opportunities and pipelines and exceeding sales goals

  • Experience with consultative selling, analytics and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build and foster strong client relationships with clients

  • Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-driven, proactive, positive, and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and working effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time and task management skills

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required

  • A preference for working knowledge of Salesforce CRM

Base Salary: Up to 60K USD

Commission/OTE: Up to 30K USD
