Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team and lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of retail associates, and ensuring the store meets and exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Train and coach staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the buyer to ensure adequate stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Help to plan and execute store promotions and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
