Job Description:

Phoenix Corporation of the Quad Cities is a Heavy-Highway Road Construction company is looking to fill a full time position for a Payroll & Administrative Assistant.

Major Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Payroll setup, payroll posting, job setup, job posting, billing, and assisting field personnel with their needs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Understanding of Payroll and Payroll Taxes & ability to communicate with Employees and Project Stakeholders.

Knowledge of Timberline Accounting Software is helpful, but experience with other payroll packages will be sufficient.

Good organizational skills with attention to details and ability to meet deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills needed.

Must possess a valid drivers license.

Computer Literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, & Outlook.

Other software packages used are: Heavy Bid, Heavy Job, & GoCo.

Work Environment:

General Office Setting - Dress is casual

Competitive Salary and Fringe Benefits - Salary will be based on experience level.

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm - Monday through Friday - Major Holidays off
