Coke Florida is looking for a Lead Field Service Installer based out of our Winter Haven location. We're currently looking for 6:00AM to 2:30PM shift, working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work based on business needs.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Lead Field Service Installer, you will be responsible for performing installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment at customer accounts. Lead field service installers will assist with the coaching, training, development, and onboarding of new members of the field service teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Maneuver equipment in order to perform all mechanical services on fountain equipment including preventative maintenance
  • Maintain positive customer relationships
  • Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards
  • Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory
  • Position requires flexibility. Weekends and holidays may be required.
  • Coach, train, and develop fountain installer's technical skills in the field during ride- alongs
  • Train and support new fountain installers.
  • Train and support sales associates in basic fountain install knowledge.
  • Backfill and support for Field Service Supervisor's paid time off.
  • Accident investigation point person when Field Service Supervisor is unavailable.
  • Technical subject matter expert for complex installations
  • Conduct and enter Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) surveys
  • Conduct and verify inventory on fountain vehicles (same as Field Service Supervisor).
  • Take on special assignments and projects as directed by Field Service supervisor, i.e., parts to be added; set section, shelf, bin on technician vehicles; review Excess and Obsolete parts inventory
  • Backup and/or point person for resolving CCNA disputed invoices
  • Work in cross functional groups to seek resolution to customer issues (CCNA, planning, parts, sales)
  • Must follow all Company/DOT vehicle policies. Smith-System, Geotab, Lytx (Dashcams), etc.

For this role, you will need:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of general technical experience
  • Prior diagnostic troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in the role:


  • Fountain Advanced Service Training certification
  • Basic computerand analytical skills
  • Prior plumbing experience

This role is extremely physical, and will require the:


  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, reaching at the waist, reaching below the knees and bending at the knees
  • Ability to repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (for example, pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
  • Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities
  • Ability to read information in small, medium and large print
  • Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday up to 10 hours
  • Ability to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
  • Frequently work in a hot/humid indoor environment
  • Ability to use an audio headset to listen to directions in English
