Join our Global Supply Management team as the Sr. Supply Chain Project Analyst where you will provide analytical, tactical, and project support to the Medtronic Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) and its main initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Supplier Diversity, you will set and execute an overall process for the collection, analysis, management, reporting, and communication of program data and metrics. To advance program priorities, you will regularly collaborate with key internal and external program stakeholders, and third-party service providers.

A Day in the Life

As the Sr. Supply Chain Project Analyst, you will utilize your passion to advance Medtronic's ID&E and sustainability agenda within a large Enterprise. You will:


  • Provide program insights through the collection, analysis, and management of program performance data.
  • Manage integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing, and logistics) and the supplier diversity program.
  • Generate reports and documentation for external and internal stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
  • Produce regular initiatives reports for internal audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Communicate across business functions to collect information and support established processes.
  • Develop good working relationships with program stakeholders internal and external to the company to ensure the acquisition of accurate, relevant, and timely information.
  • Maintain internal program tools and assets including websites, databases, and analytical systems.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain/sourcing, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • 3-5 years of professional experience using database systems to manage and analyze large data sets of business information.
  • Experience managing projects with medium complexity and multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of ID&E and Supply Chain Sustainability concepts.
  • Experience managing projects with medium complexity and a high volume of data.
  • Technologically savvy; ability to quickly learn new systems/databases.
  • Experience working in Sustainability, ID&E and/or Supply Management or related business functions.
  • Experience supporting or managing programs, policies, and/or procedures in a corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience tracking and reporting activities within large, complex multifaceted programs and associated project plans.
  • Supplier/supply chain management, and supplier diversity & inclusion experience.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply to others).
