Job Description: Lead and conduct system demo event per SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) definition as Demo & Field Test Leader. Create design guidelines and strategy for application development using EcoStruxure Automation Expert within the framework of IEC61499 as Demo & Field Test Leader. Demonstrate system integration across multiple software such as EcoStruxure suite, AVEVA products, and others, and with multiple hardware platforms as Demo & Field Test Leader. Review product development, its integration issues and provide feedback to development teams as Demo & Field Test Leader. Provide training, mentorship, guidance, and support for the product development. Address customer specific problems, design, and present demo solutions as Demo & Field Test Leader. Orchestrate field tests for customer demos as Demo & Field Test Leader. Develop specialized control algorithms for customer specific problem definition. Co-ordinate system demos for internal stakeholders as Demo & Field Test Leader. Guide team members for ensuring quality of deliverables. Provide consolidated management reporting of the product development as Demo & Field Test Leader. Telecommuting: 1 day/week.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 3 years of professional work experience as a Design Engineer, System Integration Engineer or related in an Industrial controls and Automation environment. The applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Developing and validating control algorithms for software library functions in compliance with IEC61131 and IEC61499 based software programming languages such as Structured Text, C#, C++; (2) Designing prototype control system applications using IEC61131 and IEC61499 specifications to demonstrate specified business value for the products; (3) Evaluating control system stability, their improvements, failsafe mechanisms; (4) Validating and troubleshooting the prototype control applications on software and multiple hardware platforms to comply with the proof-of-concept requirements and enhanced functionality demonstration; (5) SharePoint, virtualization environments such as Hyper-V VM, Docker, or SQL; and (6) Network security setup and compliance to cybersecurity during application development.
