Seasonal Office Managers
Experience necessary
December 2023 - April 2024
18 weeks
Salary 11K to 14K for 18 weeks
40 hours per week
Overtime paid at 1 1/2
24 hours PTO
Bonus opportunity
Must be willing to train before start of tax season

Job description
Train and assist in hiring and training employees
Communication with employees and the Admin team
Employees schedules
Maintain office policies and procedures
Ensure privacy policies are in effect
Work scheduled shifts and cover a shift if necessary
Resolve or escalate all customer service issues
Maintain order within office
Daily accounting

Knowledge requirementsComputer and printer basic knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and organize
Ability to deal tactfully with employees and public
