Role reports to: This position reports into the Senior Manager, Customer Strategy and Activation
Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel%: 25%
Pay: $88,000 to $142,600
What will you do
The Associate Manager, Customer Strategy and Activation is responsible for driving achievement of forecast, budget, and performance targets for brands within the skin health portfolio while instituting strategic business plans that integrate, align and achieve Kenvue business and customer goals.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Strategy and Activation Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving flawless activation of the delivery of category and channel strategies. This role will influence and develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and customer team partners that drive profitable growth, coordinating product launches and playing a key role in the business planning process to drive success. The manager serves as a liaison between customer sales teams and marketing. The manager also will need to form strong relationships with the sales partners and customers, leveraging those relationships to activate the category and channel strategy while identifying new business opportunities and risks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
