ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGER:

As Enterprise Project Manager, you will play a critical role in current and future initiatives that span TKWW's Enterprise systems. You will get the exciting opportunity to lead large scale transformational cross functional programs. As a part of the Enterprise department, this position will require collaborating with various Enterprise system teams (CRM, Financial Systems, HRIS, and Data team) as well as our business stakeholders.


  • You are an excellent communicator, capable of managing stakeholders in multiple disciplines across several global offices.
  • You are a motivated, self starter who can inspire and influence others to deliver complex projects that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • You can proactively identify risks/issues and develop mitigation/remediation plans
  • You are able to stay focused under pressure, leading multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a collaborative leader who can communicate with a wide range of audiences including technical team, business stakeholders, vendors and executives.
  • You are able to drive deliverables through completion and identify areas to improve via retrospectives
  • You know how to facilitate productive conversations when conflicts arise and demonstrate knowledge of Enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and HCM.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead the planning and execution of large scale, cross functional projects including managing scope, schedule, resources and budget for projects.
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts including (but not limited to): communication plans, risk logs, action logs, issue logs, decision logs, escalation procedures, project schedules, scope statements, deliverables, high-level and detailed business requirements, technical specification documents
  • Identify risks/issues and lead the development of mitigation/remediation plans to minimize project impact.
  • Serve as the single-voice for communicating project status to stakeholders and lead executive steering committee meetings.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • 4+ years of Project Management experience including: analysis, project management, process management, program management, people management, vendor management, and client management
  • Experience managing large scale, global programs that span across Enterprise Systems (CRM, ERP, and HCM) and Business teams with multi-million dollar budgets
  • Experience leading executive level steering committee meetings
  • Experience overseeing large scale change management initiatives
  • Experience participating in portfolio management and building roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • IT Generals Controls (ITGC) experience is a plus
  • Oracle HCM experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Jira experience is a plus
  • Smartsheet experience is a plus
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
