Purpose:

The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for providing complex financial analysis on CapEx projects including building financial models and DCF models, preparing reports indicating trends, providing recommendations to management, and responding to inquiries for financial information. The role is on the FP&A Team responsible for Supply Chain capital investment projects to include Transformation and Strategic initiatives focused on both commercial and operational areas. The Analyst will approach projects with a flexible, innovative, and service-oriented mindset. Possess an analytical mind, technical and presentation skills, an ability to communicate insights to senior business leaders and a desire to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders on building financial models and DCF models, business cases, scenario modeling, and ROI analysis for future growth opportunities toward CapEx projects
• Build relationships across the organization at the VP and Director levels; understand initiatives and priorities; partner with project leads to develop financial metrics KPIs i.e., NPV, IRR
• Prepares and reviews accurate and timely financial and business-related analyses, research, and forecasts.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting of department specific SG&A and updates to management team.
• Provides insights into the performance of the business and translates findings into potential action plans for area supported.
• Completes a variety of financial evaluation research and analysis activities requiring the compilation of data and information from a variety of sources both internally and externally.
• Presents results of research and analysis to financial management and operational leaders across business.
• Provides key support to the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting of the assigned business area including variance analysis and sensitivity testing.

Job Requirements:

Education/ Certifications/Experience: (Required & Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years FP&A experience required
• Strong Strategic Planning, Financial and Operations / Business Background. Not purely financial background required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and related software applications
