G&S Pickle House Operator - 2nd Shift at G&S Bar & Wire LLC in Wooster, Ohio

Job Description:

The things you’ll do:

Safety will be a top priority as a Pickle House Operator. The main responsibilities of this position will include operating hooks and cranes to submerge wire coils in order to get a chemical reaction, part of the wire conditioning process. You’ll produce wire in proper tanks according to the established procedures and team leader’s instructions. As the Pickle House Operator, you’ll troubleshoot wire that does not conform to customer or product specifications, including coil size, wire size, and condition of the wire. You’ll also monitor and record tank conditions, production data, and escalate further issues to the team leader.  As the Pickle House Operator, you’ll also be responsible for keeping the assigned work and storage areas cleaned and organized.
