Sales Incentive Planning Analyst (New Healthcare Company)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Sales Incentive Planning Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Overseeing the administration of sales incentive plans aligned to Solventum business strategies.

  • Validation of participant data including variable compensation amounts, pay mixes, eligibility and plan related criteria

  • Developing proactive approaches to identify compensation challenges through the use of continuous improvement and methodology.

  • Subject matter expert with sales incentive plans, participant data and it's tools and sources

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND three (3) years of sales incentive experience.

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of sales incentive experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:


  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Discipline self to use available time efficiently and prioritize work according to importance

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's Degree or higher from an accredited university

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 - $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
