Label Design Specialist (New Healthcare Company)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Label Design Specialist (New Healthcare Company) , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Managing/Creating label templates in label design application (i.e., Loftware, Codesoft)


• Delivering updated templates and data changes within the designated SLA or as requested


• Ensuring all labels reflect the global label guidelines, standards and required changes from the business


• Using global workflow system (AMP Loftware Smartflow) to manage label changes with the requestors


• Adhering to specified IT Label Services work instructions and standard operating procedures


• Meeting quality expectations of 'first time right' from the inputs requested to the output provided

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university AND four (4) years of label design/graphic application experience in a private, public or governmental environment

• High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of label design/graphic application experience in a private, public or governmental environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft SQL server, Java, and XML/XSL


• Minimum two (2) years of experience with an ERP system

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of databases - SQL Server, MS Access, ODBC


• Experience with a label design or graphical design application (experience with Loftware and/or Codesoft is desirable)


• Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project, and Powerpoint.


• Project management/planning skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Experience working with a diverse client population

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
