$145,260 -$174,400 annual salary (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

Description:

Provide leadership to designated VP Business Loan Officers to achieve Royal Credit Union’s objectives, strategic goals and initiatives. Along with the VP-Business Lending Manager shares responsibility for assigned region business portfolio quality. Vet and prescreen all opportunities originated by the assigned team to ensure requests match the department’s goals and objectives. Assist in the development of new relationships and assist in the overall relationship management of assigned business loan portfolio. Represent Royal Credit Union in the communities we serve in leadership roles as appropriate.
 

Work Schedule:

This position is based out of our White Bear Lake, MN office and has the ability to be remote 2-3 days a week. Remote work is available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period.

This is a full time, exempt level position with remote work available if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.

Training:

Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training. Training is held at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.

 Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related field or equivalent work experience.


• Minimum of five (5) years of experience Business Lending experience


• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience. 
  

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• Supervisory experience
