- Oversee all areas of Residential Loan Servicing to include, General servicing, default loan management, investor reporting, sub-servicer oversight and escrow administration.  Oversight includes responsibility for department, regulatory and risk KRIs and KPIs, assistance in executing servicing strategic plan as well as Regulatory exam management and response.

- Develop and coach managers to build bench strength within the department for succession planning.

- Serve as point person for communication with internal business partners such as Quality Control, Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, insurer and guarantor guidelines through ongoing monitoring of investor changes and internal monitoring reporting.
