Job Description:

The Staff Nurse (LPN/RN) takes a leadership role serving as a role model in the delivery of exceptional nursing care to the patients of ESH. The duties of the registered nurse include nursing assessments and plans of care, utilization of the nursing process throughout care delivery, direction, and implementation of plans of care to reach effective long range patient goals and discharge planning, and to serve as a liaison to ancillary departments to coordinate and collaborate the delivery of safe effective patient care.
