JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Representative supports all areas of the HR division including but not limited to talent acquisition, benefits administration, learning and development, employee records, compliance to ensure smooth operations.

Experience |

Working knowledge of the operations of other PERA divisions and how their work intersects with Human Resources.
Strong customer service skills and orientation.
Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience with Learning Management systems, SharePoint, and Adobe Captivate a plus.
Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings preferred |
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and work product.
Ability to make recommendations to documents, presentations and spreadsheets to increase the recipient’s understanding or user experience.

Understanding of PERA organizational structure, terminology and basic knowledge of the operations.
